1968

JANUARY

WW Generator of Columbia Heights, MN becomes the very first evolution of Arrowhead Engineered Products (AEP).

1985

JUNE

John Berger purchases WW Generator and rebrands the business as Arrowhead Stator and Rotor.

1999

AUGUST

Arrowhead Stator and Rotor changes our name to Arrowhead Electrical Products.

2005

JUNE

AEP moves to Roseville, MN.

2006

MARCH

John Berger sells AEP to our former CEO, Jim Wisnoski.

2008

MARCH

AEP outgrows its location in Roseville and transitions to new facilities in Blaine, MN.

2012

AUGUST

AEP purchases Power Sport Industries d/b/a All Balls Racing in New Berlinville, PA.

DECEMBER

AEP purchases Atlantic International Distributors d/b/a Atlantic Quality Parts in Jacksonville, FL.

2013

NOVEMBER

AEP purchases Winderosa Manufacturing and Distributing Products in Peru, ME

2014

OCTOBER

AEP purchases Outdoor Power Equipment Distributors d/b/a Outdoor Power Xtreme Equipment in Boca Raton, FL.

2015

FEBRUARY

AEP purchases Hi-Level Enterprises in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom.

2016

MARCH

AEP purchases C&E Companies in Urbandale, IA.

APRIL

AEP purchases piston-manufacturer Vertex based in Italy.

DECEMBER

AEP purchases Stens and JThomas in Jasper, IN and Novi, MI.

2017

JANUARY

AEP purchases J&N in Cincinnati, OH.

JANUARY

Arrowhead Electrical Products is rebranded as Arrowhead Engineered Products.

MAY

AEP purchases Interparts in Plainview, NY.

DECEMBER

AEP moves into its new, 250,000 sq. ft. corporate headquarters in Blaine, MN.

2018

APRIL

AEP warehouses move into the new corporate headquarters.

MAY

The Blaine location is fully operational.

JUNE

AEP opens a new distribution center in Henderson, NV.

AEP purchases Ratioparts in Germany.
