Monique Verduzco joined the company in September 2021 as SVP Global Business & Integration Services. Monique leads cross-functional global integration teams to execute the acquisition strategy to achieve target synergies, including developing the methodology and tools. In addition, Monique leads enterprise-wide portfolio governance, programs, and process framework to achieve process improvements and EBITDA targets.
Prior to joining Arrowhead, consulted for mid-market companies in M&A and led a M&A organization, PMO, and outsourcing governance organizations in Thomson Reuters. Monique attended Harvard Business School for an Executive M&A program, an MBA at University of Phoenix, and a BS at University of Wisconsin-Stout.
Brad Van Gelder joined the company in August 2016 as Director of Global Supply Chain and is currently Senior Vice President (SVP) Global Supply Chain and New Product Development. Brad is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, transportation, product development, and acquisition synergy integration in support of our global business growth and strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining AEP, Brad served as Director of Supply Chain and Operations at Lubrication Technologies, Inc. He is an accomplished executive who has led global supply chain and product development teams along with integrating acquisitions. Brad has a wide range of industry and market experience in Consumer Electronics, Industrial, Printing/Packaging, Oil & Lubricants, and Distribution. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering Technology.
Robin Pedro joined the company as eCommerce Manager in February 2017 and was promoted to Vice President of eCommerce in September 2020 and Senior Vice President of Global eCommerce in January 2022. Robin develops and executes global eCommerce business strategies in both North America and Europe for direct-to-consumer sales.
Prior to joining AEP, Robin managed corporate and eCommerce websites, e-mail marketing, and website optimization for Ecolab and Deluxe Corporation. Robin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Drake University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
Mike Paxton joined the company in September 2020 as Senior Vice President of Business Development. Mike is responsible for supporting business growth through building relationships in the industry, identifying market share opportunities and completing strategic acquisitions.
Prior to joining AEP, Mike served as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at FleetPride, Inc. He is an accomplished executive who has led strategic growth initiatives through the acquisition and integration of family owned or closely held businesses, completing over 50 transactions and has held various financial roles including strategic planning, controllership, SEC reporting, and financial planning and analysis. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston and is a CPA.
Chris Jardine joined the company in November 2016 and was promoted to Vice President of IT, North America in April 2020. Chris manages a team of IT professionals and serves as the key tactical and strategic driver of the IT roadmap for Arrowhead Engineered Products.
Prior to joining AEP, Chris served as a lead business systems consultant and technology manager for Wells Fargo. Chris brings over 20 years of experience spanning medical, financial and distribution industries. His professional experience includes managing resources and infrastructure used for operations and analytics. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Grinnell College.
Travis Springsteen joined the company as Senior Vice President of Sales for North America in December 2019. Travis oversees B2B revenue generation throughout North America by driving better integration and alignment between all revenue-related functions. He was promoted to President North America in January 2022.
Prior to joining AEP, Travis served as Vice President of Sales and Store Operations for OMNIPARTS Automotive, where he helped lead this startup business within Nissan Motor Limited. Travis brings over 20 years of experience in the aftermarkets parts marketplace. He has led sales transformation teams and leadership development efforts to build strong competitive teams that deliver above market growth.
The Board of Directors has elected John Mosunic, the company’s Chief Operating Officer, to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2020. Additionally, John has been elected to serve as a member of the Board, effective immediately.
John Mosunic joined the company as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in July 2019. John oversees all North American and Supply Chain operations, Information Technology and AEP’s European businesses. He focuses on optimizing operations in all regions to support the company’s objectives to grow revenue and earnings.
Prior to joining AEP, John served as President for OmniParts Automotive, a division of Nissan Motors Limited, where he led the startup of an aftermarket parts business in North America. John comes to AEP with 20 years of executive aftermarket experience, holds an MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California and a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from California State University, Sacramento.
Jason Flagstad joined the company as Vice President of Operations in June 2014. He continues in that same role, supporting the company mission through employee empowerment and team-based continuous improvement. He works to clarify goals, identify metrics and drive accountability to build a culture of continuous improvement. Prior to joining Arrowhead, he was Vice President of Fulfillment at Northern Brewer and Vice President of Operations at Archway Marketing Services. He holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
Regina Kroeck joined the company as Chief Human Resources Officer in September 2017. Today, she continues her leadership role in managing human resources for the company. She is responsible for working with senior management to drive strategic growth, enable employee engagement and establish the global HR organization. Prior to joining Arrowhead, she was the Global Vice President of Human Resources at Vision Ease, where she led the Human Resources, Environmental, Health and Safety operations. She brings over 20 years of experience as an HR business partner, having worked at Anderson Windows, Mondelez, International Flavors and Fragrances and L’Oreal. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rutgers University and an SPHR Certification.
Loris Iotti joined the company as VP Italy s.r.l. President/CEO in April 2016. He is responsible for directing growth and strategic business development for Arrowhead’s Italian Business Unit, which markets industry-leading Vertex Pistons. He helps drive strategy for growth in the European market, which plays an increasingly important role in the company’s business portfolio. Prior to joining Arrowhead, he served as VP Italy President/CEO – VP & C&L European Business and as General Manager of Dover Italy s.r.l. He is a graduate in Mechanical – l.l.S.L. Nobilli Reggio Emillia Italy.
