F1 Distribution and EuroGarden Join Arrowhead Engineered Products

Arrowhead Engineered Products is pleased to announce its recent acquisition of F1 Distribution and EuroGarden, which have grown to become the largest outdoor power equipment (OPE) companies in France and Benelux. F1/EuroGarden distribute a full range of machinery, parts and accessories to serve professionals and consumers who maintain forests, landscapes, lawns and gardens. They are also a premier supplier to the largest French home improvement stores and retailers.
The acquisition adds to Arrowhead’s global footprint as the largest aftermarket hard parts supplier in the outdoor power equipment (OPE) marketplace. The combination of Arrowhead’s world class supply chain, a strong European OPE sales force and the retail presence of F1/EuroGarden will strengthen Arrowhead’s market share in the European OPE sector.
General managers Jean Delhaize and Kurt Van Dyck will join Arrowhead’s European Management Team.
